The image is a photo collage of an ad of a little girl playing "grown-up" and pretending to be shopping at the mall (Horton Plaza). I have added an ankle bracelet and a flamingo tatoo to the little girl's leg. The "mall" has been modified to include a hummingbird nest in the lower right flower baskets, the Jessop clock has been superimposed upon the lights and the buildings have been crisscrossed into one another. The image was created in June, 2009 and is 26 x 20 (framed) but can be enlarged. |
