I learned to love art and photography while growing up in England and continued my education and experimentation in oils and watercolors after my family immigrated to Georgia.  Having also discovered and fallen in love with pastels, a move from suburban Atlanta to rural Kentucky inspired me further. 

I have a great appreciation for the beauty of nature and the power it wields, and believe that art transcends all boundaries and will always be a personal learning experience.  I hope that those who view my paintings and photographs find something in them they can relate to and enjoy. 

I have completed many commissions, specializing in depictions of peoples' homes and gardens, and have exhibited in St. Simons Island and Atlanta, Georgia.  I look forward to exhibiting in Henderson, Kentucky in the spring of 2009.
