As an artist, my work has always been a relationship with color.  I believe, the colors we choose to surround ourselves with represent who we are on a very fundamental level.  Our attraction to color speaks to how we want our lives to look.  This is evident in our sense of fashion, decor and even down to our favorite time of year.

When I paint, I start with a color scheme.  I load my palette with paint and ask, "what mood is that paint in?"  I then let the "mood" choose the subject matter.  When the piece is complete, the color, texture and compostion tell their own color story.

Being a hairdesigner on Music Row for two decades has given me endless inspiration.  The songwriters using words and music as a creative medium is an energy that is all around.  And of course,  my largest creative energy source being each interaction with a client.
