Please note that simply paying for an image does not mean you own the copyright. Unless copyrights are transferred and are bought and paid by you, I own the copyrights to all my images.

Copyright Transfer: If you would like to own the copyright of an image which I have created for you, I charge a separate fee on top of the cost of the creation of the image itself. I like to keep the procedure for transferring rights of an image simple and it can be done from the comfort of your home and office.

Basically copyright transfer of an image from me to you is made in writing, an agreement between you and I bearing both our signatures, including payment. I will send you two (2) copies of an agreement stating the terms for copyright transfer which you will sign. My signature and date will also appear on the agreement. You will keep one copy, signed and dated by both you and I, and you will send me the duplicate copy. Once the transfer has been made in writing and I have received your payment, you will hold exclusive rights to your image; the image is yours to keep and to use however you choose, on whatever you'd like for as long as you wish for a life time. You will receive the original image to keep and have in your possession. I will not sell your image, or copies of your image, to other entities. I will only use your image for portfolio purposes in a non-competitive manner on my website or/and in a physical art portfolio, and I will also place your business name and website next to your image at no extra charge!
