Starting out in a new country is not always easy and often with meager beginnings. I’m originally from Australia and have been in the States for going on 8 years. I married a handsome and humble American man and we are very happy here. I first opened my art business in 2003 in central Tucson, and worked from my home selling my own original, hand drawn pieces consisting of personalized picture portraits and coloring books for children. I branched out and briefly sold more of my hand drawn products at the Farmer’s Market on Old Spanish Trail in Vail, AZ. My children’s coloring books were a hit. I have since taught Art and Basics of 2D Animation to various home schooling groups and individuals and have created children’s wall murals in several homes. My family and I have since moved to Vail and I continue to have my home based business. Our location is fantastic as Vail is a growing and thriving community and township.
